New Provider Accounts New Government and Insurance Company Accounts New Member Accounts 2. For members to enter the health care exchange and order health plans, please create a citizen account and click the Members & Health Care Exchange menu. 3. Health care providers please create an account and process claims through the provider services module. 5. Having problems logging into your account please send us an e-mail message via the contact screen. 4. Governments, insurance companies, provider groups, and charities can offer health plans through the exchange using the Health Plan Management Menu.          6. Phone support is available for citizens, participating providers, and insurance carriers.   7. Help screens change based on the web module and application privileges.   Online Help!
