Members need only one ID and Password to manage all health plans purchased through the exchange now and in the future. 2. Once you create an account you can order a health plan using the health care exchange. 3. The system will create for you a unique account number. Please write down the account number generated by the system. 4. Remember, complete both steps 1 and step 2.
