CHS Life “Local Membership Plans”, allow members to purchase a membership to a specific provider or group of providers. Our local health plans are designed by our participating provider offices.
CHS Life “Global Membership Plans”, allow members to visit any provider or group. This plan is designed by political leaders, providers, and patients working directly with CHS Life to deploy a balanced health care system.

All fees collected for both local and global health plans are paid out to participating provider offices and hospitals. Providers are responsible for paying their own billing costs; contributing to technical support, and customer service. CHS Life is a true administrator!
