2. Household Membership (Three or more household members): 1. Basic Membership Cost: $70 monthly. Our membership includes 24 units of care annually. The member can apply two units of care towards massage therapy or x-rays and one unit of care for chiropractic. All additional chiropractic visits cost the member $40 and all additional massage therapy appointments cost $65. Cost: $130 monthly. Our membership includes 48 units of care annually. The member can apply two units of care towards massage therapy or x-rays and one unit of care for chiropractic. All additional chiropractic visits cost the member $40 and all additional massage therapy appointments cost $65.
