Connecticut Psychiatry enrolled 3 Household and 3 Basic Memberships monthly over a three year period of time.
Year 1-3: During the first three years we used the CHS Life shared web site to process memberships, the software and support cost: $45 monthly.
The approximate cost of billing 216 monthly memberships annually is $907.00.
2. Household Membership (Three or more household members):
1. Basic Membership
Cost: $140 monthly.
Membership includes 24 units of care annually. Member can apply two units of care to a Psychiatric evaluation or treatment.
Cost: $240 monthly.
Membership includes 48 units of care annually. Member can apply two units of care to a Psychiatric evaluation or treatment.
